CARE PLANS FOR YOUR HOME HEATING
BRONZE AREA COVER
BRONZE AREA COVERS:
- Annual maintenance and repair of boiler or water heater, warm air unit, wall heater, fire or cooker
- Appliance and first line maintenance only
- First appliance only (other appliances can be added at additional cost)
- One annual service, safety and maintenance inspection of your appliance in every year of your agreement
- Labour and parts, if your appliance breaks down
£17.50 per month
SILVER AREA COVER
SILVER AREA COVERS – ALL OF BRONZE AREA, PLUS:
- Annual servicing of boiler and controls
- An annual safety and maintenance inspection of your boiler and controls (excluding parts that aren’t accessible)
- 50% off the cost of a replacement boiler, if we decide that it would cost more to repair the boiler than to replace it
- All necessary Powerflush work after your initial (chargeable) Powerflush
Magnetic filter installation
£21.00 per month
Underfloor heating systems can be covered at an additional cost of £7.50 per manifold per month. This is in addition to the care plan chosen. Subject to Terms & Conditions.
*GOLD, SILVER & BRONZE PRICES ARE BASED ON THE AGE OF THE APPLIANCE BEING UP TO 10 YEARS OLD. Additional charges will apply where appliances are over 10 years old. All Service Area Schemes are subject to an initial inspection of the appliance by Millside prior to approval. All Care Plans subject to Terms & Conditions.
Bespoke Care Plans
Millside will create a bespoke care plan package for you, if our generic care plans don’t suit your requirement. This is particularly useful if you have a multi-boiler installation, or if you have a number of properties you want us to cover. We will tailor the cost to cater for the appliances and controls installed.
Our bespoke plans do cover all items you may have installed, from underfloor heating through to swimming pool heat exchangers.
